Brittany's STORY

 

I know what it means to not know where you’ll sleep at night or when your next meal will come. As a child, I experienced homelessness not once, but over and over again. I grew up without a safety net, without guidance, and without certainty about my future. Yet, despite it all, I found a way forward. I built my career from nothing, became a leader in my field, and founded Human Centered Agility. I have battled mental health struggles, but more importantly, I have survived them.

 

Resilience wasn’t something I learned in a book; it was something I had to live, breathe, and fight for every single day. And that’s why my coaching is different, I don’t just coach resilience, I’ve lived it.
